Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer with ARDMS or CCI certification and at least 2 prior completed travel contracts for a 13-week assignment in Marlborough, MA.

Details

• Hospital-based echocardiography unit
• Procedures include TTE, TSE, TEE, TEE/CV, Bubble Studies, and Definity Contrast studies
• Uses Epic and PACS for charting
• 3x8-hour day shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 24 hours per week
• Must be available to work some weekends and holidays as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer
• Must have completed at least 2 successful travel contracts prior to consideration
• ARDMS or CCI certification required
• BLS and RDCS required
• License required if applicable
• Proficiency with Epic and PACS
• Must pass a Pass/Fail EKG test
• 2 professional references required, with at least one from a Nurse Manager or higher
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

• Perform a full range of echocardiographic studies including transthoracic, transesophageal, and contrast-enhanced exams
