Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient/inpatient rehab position at a hospital-based facility in Marion, SC, requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience and an active SC or Compact PT license.

• Hospital-based inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation unit
• Day shift schedule: 5x8s, 8:00am – 4:30pm
• No weekend or on-call requirements; holiday coverage may be required
• Floating within scope to other units or sister facilities may be required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Active SC or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist license required at the start of the contract; candidates with a pending license may be considered
• AHA BLS certification required
• SSN and Driver's License required for consideration
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are not accepted for this position
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Previous permanent or PRN staff at any MUSC location must have been separated from the system for at least 1 year before being eligible to work as a traveler
• All RTO requests must be submitted upfront; approval is based on facility needs
• Online orientation modules are completed prior to the start date
