Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Harlingen, TX, requiring a minimum of 2 years of L&D experience and an active TX or compact RN license.

Details

• Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (18:45–07:15)
• 13-week contract, 36 hours per week
• Must be available to work any day of the week — no self-scheduling

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience required
• BLS and all other relevant certifications must be active at time of consideration
• Prevention First certification required (30-minute on-demand video, approximately $25 cost)
• SSN (full preferred; last 4 acceptable), driver's license, and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
• RTO requests should not exceed 7 days for the duration of the contract
• Candidates who have previously worked for Tenet Healthcare as a permanent employee must obtain prior approval before being considered
