Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and active ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.

Details

• Telemetry unit (TELE) in a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule: 07:00–19:30
• Must be available to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not offered

Requirements

• Active TN or Compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of telemetry RN experience required
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Prevention First certification required (available as a 30-minute on-demand video for approximately $25)
• Social Security number (full SSN preferred; last 4 digits acceptable) required for consideration
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Date of birth (DOB) required for consideration
• One professional reference required for consideration
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates

Additional Information

• Candidates who have previously worked for Tenet Healthcare as permanent employees must obtain MSP approval prior to being considered
• RTO requests should not exceed 7 days for the duration of the contract
