Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week night shift contract at an off-campus emergency department in Bremerton, WA, with dual CT/XR responsibilities.

Details

• Off-campus emergency department (OCED) setting with 10 beds
• Dual CT and X-Ray (CT/XR) position within the Imaging department
• Emergency patient population with common ED diagnoses
• Equipment includes Siemens XR, Siemens Go Series CT, Canon Portable, and MedRad Injector
• EMR: Epic
• 12-hour night shifts, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• 2–3 standby call shifts per month
• Every-other-weekend rotation (schedule dependent on position filled)
• Schedule is posted in 6-week increments
• Optional floating available for extra shifts to other MultiCare Health System OCEDs

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
• ARRT (R) with CT registry eligibility, or ARRT RT(R)(CT) certification required
• WA DOH Radiologic Technologist License required if applicable
• Proficiency in CT and X-Ray imaging, including emergency department imaging exams
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• At least one supervisor-level reference required for consideration; a second reference will be needed prior to start

• 2-day departmental orientation provided following new employee orientation (NEO)
• Travelers are expected to work 75% of holidays that fall on their normally scheduled workdays
• Time off requests require Resource Team approval
• Scrubs of any color are acceptable
