Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring a minimum of 2 years of recent MS/Tele experience and active CO or compact RN license.

Details

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit in a hospital setting
• Cardiac telemetry patient population with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (18:00–06:30)
• 2 on-call shifts required per month, which may fall on days or nights depending on unit needs
• Medications administered via Pyxis
• Charting and documentation completed in Amrita EMR

Requirements

• Active CO or compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Experience in MS/Tele, Cardiac Tele, or general Telemetry settings required
• 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
