Facility
Inova Fair Oaks Hospital
1 nurse recommends working with Inova Fair Oaks Hospital
Pros
- entire hospital is very friendly regardless of being a traveler - GREAT ratios - Most units have a resource nurse, or at least charge out of staffing - Rapid response nurse also helps out entire hospital - Techs are generally helpful and there are normally enough on the unit to take workload off nurses - Feels cushy, ICU is VERY policy heavy but has great teamwork - rarely missed an actual lunch
Cons
- cost of living higher than average - no great public transit options to hospital specifically - you should have a car - lots of patient turnover on units, I think it’s related to acuity being lower

- Short Term Acute Care
- 182 beds
