Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a night shift travel contract in Colorado, requiring a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience and current NRP certification.

Details

NICU setting within a hospital environment
Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
Available to work any day of the week, including weekends per unit needs
On-call required per unit needs
Patient ratio of 1:3
Epic EMR used for charting
Unit bed capacity: L&D – 7 beds, Postpartum – 10 beds, Special Care Nursery (SCN) – 6 beds

Requirements

Active CO RN license or a Compact RN license currently in hand
Current certifications: BLS and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Scrubs are provided
Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are eligible for consideration at the local bill rate
RTO is capped at 10 days for the duration of the contract
RTO is not permitted during the following blackout periods: June 28 – July 9, September 2 – September 12, and October 25 – November 4
