Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a minimum of 18 months of ER experience and an active OH or compact RN license.
Details
- Large hospital-based Emergency Department setting
- Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
- Every other holiday coverage is required
Requirements
- Active OH RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred
- Minimum 18 months of recent ER RN experience required (combined permanent experience accepted, preferably within one location)
- Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
- Two professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
- ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are administered during orientation; a passing score on both is required
- After 18 consecutive months at any facility location, a minimum 6-month break is required before beginning another assignment at any location within the same health system
