Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an 8-week contract requiring both Cerner and Epic EMR experience, supporting an Epic conversion initiative.

Day shift schedule, 5x8s

Requirements

Active CA PT license required (license required if applicable)
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
Minimum 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience, with clinical work performed within the last 3 months
Experience with both Cerner and Epic EMR systems required
Active, unrestricted state license required; candidates with a prior license hit will not be considered
Two supervisor references required — one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
Skills checklist for Physical Therapy specialty, completed within the past year, required for consideration

Additional Information

No RTO will be approved for this contract; candidates requesting more than 5 days of RTO will not be considered
All employment gaps of one month or longer must be documented and explained in the work history
