Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Burn ICU (BICU) position in California, requiring a CA RN license, critical care experience, and the ability to float to other facilities.
Details
- Burn ICU (BICU) setting within a hospital environment
- Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Floating to other facilities within the same health system is required
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, and PALS for Burn Care
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Minimum 1 year of critical care experience required
- Preferred: Burn unit experience
- Preferred: 1 year of pediatric experience
- Preferred certifications: CCRN, ABLS, and CBRN
Additional Information
- Provides critical care nursing to burn patients in a specialized BICU environment
- Candidates with burn unit experience are strongly preferred and encouraged to apply
