Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring active FL or compact licensure, Epic proficiency, and a minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience.

Details

• Cath Lab unit within a hospital setting
• Patient ratio of 1:2
• 4x10 schedule, Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM
• Every other weekend required, or approximately 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period based on unit needs
• On-call is required
• Floating to other facilities within the health system may be required as needed
• Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

• Active FL RN license or compact RN license — no pending licenses accepted
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab RN experience required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• 2 professional references from authority figures (Manager, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Director) from within the last year required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required between October 31 and March 31 (medical and religious exemptions accepted)

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Candidates who have previously held an internal contracted position must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible

• All RTO requests must be finalized and submitted upfront — no RTO will be accepted after an offer is made
• Scrubs must be a single solid color with matching tops and bottoms — no logos, prints, or mixed colors
• Time and attendance tracked via Kronos using a badge swipe system
