Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel Nurse Manager for an interim LTC management role in a post-acute care setting, requiring a MN RN license and at least 2 years of experience.
Details
- Post-acute/long-term care (LTC) management setting
- Interim Nursing Manager role within an LTC unit
- Day shift, 8-hour shifts
- May be required to work the floor as needed to cover shifts
- Uses MatrixCare (Matrix) EMR
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active MN RN license, currently in hand (pending licensure not accepted)
- Current BLS certification required (pending certifications not accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing management experience required, no exceptions
- Driver's license required
- 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, each including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
Additional Information
- Oversee nursing management operations within a long-term/post-acute care unit on an interim basis
- Must live beyond an 80-mile radius from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates; local candidates within 80 miles are accepted at a different rate
- BSN is not required for this position
