Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position in Florida, requiring at least 1 year of ER experience and AHA certifications including ACLS and PALS.

Details

• Emergency Department setting in a hospital environment
• 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week (36 hours/week)
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating required to areas appropriate for skillset, including to the Dade City location
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active FL RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience
• Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• COVID-19 vaccination required (two doses) or an approved declination on file

Additional Information

• Navy blue scrubs required
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travel candidates — no radius rule applies
• Former permanent employees must have been separated for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
• A copy of your COVID vaccination card will be required for consideration
