Description
American Traveler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an outpatient rehab position in Victoria, TX, with at least 1 year of experience and an active TX SLP license.
Details
- Outpatient setting within a rehabilitation hospital
- Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm
- One weekend coverage shift required per month
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active Texas SLP license required; pending license accepted (license required if applicable)
- Minimum 1 year of SLP experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates are accepted for this position
- Any requested time off must be submitted at the time of initial application; requests will not be approved after an offer is extended
- Candidates cannot take every holiday off
- Call-outs must be communicated with more than 24 hours advance notice
- Any solid color scrubs are acceptable; closed-toe shoes required
