Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week night shift Emergency Department contract in Washington State, requiring active WA or compact licensure and a minimum of 3 years of ED experience.

Details

  • Emergency Department setting at a community hospital
  • Night shift schedule: 1830–0700, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
  • Opportunity to pick up additional shifts beyond the base schedule
  • Meditech EMR experience is helpful but not required
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Active WA RN license or multi-state compact license currently in hand
  • Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
  • Required certifications: BLS/BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS
  • Completed 6-hour suicide prevention training (required for verification)
  • Verification of demographics from Nursys required
  • DOB and SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

  • All requested time off (RTO) must be pre-approved and scheduled at the end of the contract, with full availability required throughout
  • Located near Pacific Northwest beaches and the Olympic National Forest
  • Several local lodging options are available in the Aberdeen/Hoquiam area for traveling candidates
