Description

American Traveler is hiring a Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer for a 13-week travel contract with required ARDMS credentials in both Abdomen and OB/GYN specialties.

Details

  • Works within a Diagnostic Imaging department offering a full range of imaging services including ultrasound, X-Ray, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and PET-CT
  • Specializes in general abdominal, OB/GYN, and small parts ultrasound modalities
  • Schedule includes Monday 1:00 PM–11:30 PM and Friday–Sunday 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (varied shifts)
  • 40 hours per week

Requirements

  • ARDMS credentials (or equivalent) in Abdomen required
  • ARDMS credentials (or equivalent) in OB/GYN specialties required
  • Current BLS (Healthcare Provider) required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience required
  • Active, unencumbered Oregon Sonography license required — license required if applicable
  • Hospital setting experience preferred

Additional Information

  • Supports health care teams by performing diagnostic ultrasound exams to facilitate fast and accurate patient diagnoses
  • Works alongside a multidisciplinary Diagnostic Imaging team utilizing state-of-the-art imaging technology
