Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department travel position in Santa Fe, NM, requiring active NM or Compact RN licensure and TNCC certification.

Details

• Emergency Care Center (ECC) in an acute care hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 7PM–7AM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active NM RN license or Compact state license
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Current TNCC certification required
• CPI or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• US Social Security Number required for consideration
• 2 professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, prioritizing care based on age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care in accordance with nursing standards
• Perform Point of Care testing procedures
• Participate in patient and family health education and discharge planning
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates — candidates within 50 miles should inquire about local rate eligibility
• Copies of all certifications must be current and active at time of consideration
