Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with at least 2 years of experience for a 13-week NICU day shift contract at a hospital in the Lehigh Valley area.
Details
- Day shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- Work in both neonatal and pediatric settings depending on facility need
- NICU unit at a Level 3 or higher facility
- Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
- No on-call required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy specialty
- At least 1 year of experience in a Level 3 or higher NICU or minimum 1 year of PICU experience
- Current and valid state license required if applicable
- Required certifications: RRT, BLS, PALS, NRP, and ACLS
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Copies of certifications required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers will be considered for this position
- Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but may be offered a different pay rate
- All RTO requests must be approved by the facility and submitted at time of consideration
