Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 1+ years of experience for a 13-week travel assignment at a critical access hospital treating both inpatient and outpatient populations.

Details

• Works in an outpatient and inpatient rehab setting within a 25-bed critical access hospital
• Inpatient units include ICU, Med/Surg, orthopedics, swing beds, and a cardiac cath lab
• Facility is a Level IV trauma center
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
• Weekend coverage per department needs
• Holiday coverage per department needs

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required
• Current TX PT license required; license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted)
• DOB and SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Treats both inpatient and outpatient populations across multiple units
• Workplace Violence Prevention certification (DCI/BVP) required; may be completed via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or the free CDC NIOSH resource
• Scrubs required; no specific color designated
