Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department (mid-shift) position requiring a minimum of 1 year of recent ED experience and Cerner EMR proficiency.
Details
- Emergency Department (ED) unit in a hospital setting
- Mid-shift schedule: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- 8-week contract duration; candidates seeking a 13-week contract will also be considered
- Cerner EMR experience required
Requirements
- Active AR RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS — none may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in the Emergency Department
- Cerner EMR experience required
- Permanent residence must be 50+ miles from the facility
- Valid U.S. driver's license required for consideration
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Local candidates are not eligible for this position — candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible
- RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
