Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient home care position in York County, PA, requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience and serving patients across York and Adams counties.
Details
- Outpatient home health setting, primarily serving western York County with potential support to neighboring counties including Adams County
- Day shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM–4:30 PM)
- Weekend rotation required; holiday coverage as needed
- No on-call requirements
- May include care for COVID-positive patients
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Current PT license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification required
- OASIS documentation experience preferred but not required
Additional Information
- Candidates will undergo a clinical review to assess fit prior to manager interview
- Position covers a home care territory — travel between patient locations within York and surrounding counties is expected
- Tobacco-free and fragrance-free work environment
- Maximum of 7 days of RTO for the duration of the contract
- All time-off requests should be disclosed upfront during the consideration process
- 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with explained gaps required for consideration
