Description
American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 13-week contract serving the Montgomery and upper Prince George's County areas of Maryland.
Details
- Home health setting covering the Montgomery and upper Prince George's County, MD areas
- Adult patient population with approximately 6 visits per day
- Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5x8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of home health physical therapy experience required
- Active Maryland PT state license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience with adult patient population required
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred
- Two professional references required for consideration
- PDF copies of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
