Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 13-week contract serving the Montgomery and upper Prince George's County areas of Maryland.

Details

Home health setting covering the Montgomery and upper Prince George's County, MD areas
Adult patient population with approximately 6 visits per day
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5x8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
No weekend or on-call requirements
13-week contract

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of home health physical therapy experience required
Active Maryland PT state license required if applicable
Current BLS certification required
Experience with adult patient population required
Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred
Two professional references required for consideration
PDF copies of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

Up to 1 RTO request permitted for the duration of the contract
