Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist with 2+ years of Cath Lab experience for a 13-week travel contract at a Joint Commission Accredited, Level III Trauma facility in Russellville, AR.

Details

• Work in a Cardiac Cath Lab at a 170-bed, Joint Commission Accredited, Level III Trauma facility with an accredited Chest Pain Center and AHA Stroke Program
• 5-6 bed Cath Lab unit with a 1:1 patient ratio
• All-ages patient population
• Equipment includes vital signs monitors, airway equipment, and IV pumps
• EMR: Meditech
• Day shift, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• Call is required — minimum 12 days per month; details to be discussed with the director
• May be asked to assist in the pre-op/holding room area

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• AHA certifications required
• License required if applicable
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Scrubs are provided
• Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel rate
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates who are currently employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
• Located in Russellville, AR, near Lake Dardanelle, the Arkansas River, and Mount Nebo State Park
