Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a night shift travel contract requiring Level 1 trauma experience, Psych ED background, and an active NC or Compact RN license.

Details

• Hospital emergency department setting
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:30
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active NC or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI (CPI may be completed onsite if not already in hand)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience required
• Psych ED experience required
• Level 1 trauma experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• One supervisory professional reference from within the last year required for consideration
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required between October 31 and March 31 with no exemptions accepted

• Orientations are held bi-weekly
• Scrub color: Royal Blue
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Local candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are accepted at a reduced pay rate
