Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week day shift travel contract focused on rehabilitation services across orthopedic, neurological, and chronic pain specialties.

Details

Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with no weekend requirements
13-week contract in an outpatient/multi-site rehabilitation setting
Rehabilitation services include orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, and chronic pain treatment
Role requires travel to multiple points of care within the facility's care network
Primary focus is return-to-function and community activity restoration

Requirements

Current, unencumbered Oregon PT license required (license required if applicable)
Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
Current BLS/BCLS (Healthcare Provider level) certification required
Ability to travel to multiple points of care

Additional Information

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with injuries or conditions affecting physical mobility or functional independence
Specialized services provided include orthopedic, neurological, stroke, balance and dizziness, and chronic pain rehab
