Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with critical care and cath lab experience, proficient in both scrubbing and circulating procedures.
Details
- Hospital-based cardiac cath lab setting
- 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- No weekends or holidays unless the traveler is scheduled for on-call that day
- On-call is required as part of this assignment
- No floating required
- Charting systems used include Xper and Paragon
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of cath lab experience required, with a critical care background
- Scrub and circulate experience and skillset required
- Current ARRT and/or RCIS certification required
- Current ACLS and BLS required
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster
- License required if applicable
- Two current professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include assisting with intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), pre- and post-catheterization care, scrubbing, circulating, and moderate sedation support
- Scrubs are provided by the facility
- First-time travelers will be considered for this position
- RTO requests must be submitted at the time of consideration
