Description

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with at least 2 years of RRT experience and Epic proficiency for a day shift position in a Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics unit.

Details

• Work in a Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics unit
• Adult critical care and emergency department setting
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Every other weekend coverage required
• Medication systems used: Pyxis and Omnicell
• Epic EMR is used in this facility
• Floating to other Prisma Health units and/or campuses may be required based on census needs; float assignments will be limited to units and tasks for which the candidate is qualified and competency-documented

Requirements

• Tennessee (TN) CRT license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Experience in adult critical care and emergency department settings required
• Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Driver's license (DL) required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory and neuro diagnostic therapy services to adult patients
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from all Prisma Health facilities to be eligible for this travel position
• Exception: For all RRT specialties, candidates on day shift must reside more than 100 miles from all Prisma Health facilities; candidates under 50 miles from any Prisma facility are ineligible
