Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position on an Ortho/Neuro/Peds floor, requiring at least one year of recent Med/Surg experience and a valid GA or compact RN license.

Details

• Hospital Med/Surg unit serving an Ortho, Neuro, and Pediatrics patient population
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week assignment with possibility of extension

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum one year of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
• Intermediate fetal monitoring (FM-Intermediate) and IV start skills required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration
• Must reside within 30 miles of the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Royal blue scrubs are required and are not provided by the facility
• Minimal to no RTO — time-off requests should be disclosed upfront
• Start date is approximately 3 weeks from offer
