Pros

Patient ratio is 1:4 (even if you get 2 icu patients), except psych holds at 1:6 but they have tons of sitters. Everyone is helpful and nice.

Cons

Patient ratio will not be decreased even if you get two icu patients

Pros

Sebrona, is the very personable communicative and I feel like she works hard on my behalf. I very much appreciate her thank you

Cons

My phone showed her number as spam and I think blocked some of the texts I wish it hadn't have done that but that was nothing on her end all on mine so make sure that you have your settings to allow the calls and texts from spam
