Description
American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 1 year of nuclear medicine experience and CT/Fusion certification to provide quality diagnostic and therapeutic imaging in an acute clinical setting.
Details
- Acute care clinical radiology setting
- Works in support of radiologists to perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures
- Responsible for image processing and transmission to PACS
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of acute, clinical radiology experience and at least 1 year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist
- Current California state Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH (license required if applicable)
- ARRT or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology required
- CT/Fusion certification required
- Current BLS required
- Graduate of a program accredited by JRCNMT or CAMRT
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Proficient computer skills
- DOB and SSN required for consideration

- Works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver quality imaging services
- Assists radiologists in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
