Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position in Washington State, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience, ACLS, and a willingness to float to other departments.
Details
- Med/Surg unit serving an adult patient population
- Night shift schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend off with the ability to pick up extra shifts
- Floating to other departments required on a rotation basis
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active WA state RN license or active Compact (multi-state) RN license required
- Current certifications required: BLS/BCLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Completed 6-hour suicide prevention training required for licensure verification
- Minimum 3 years of Med/Surg RN experience required
- Meditech EMR experience helpful but not required
- Must be a team player and willing to float to other departments
Additional Information
- DOB and SSN may be required for consideration
- RTO must be approved in advance and scheduled at the end of the contract
- Located near Pacific Northwest beaches and Olympic National Forest
- Various housing options are available in the surrounding area (Aberdeen, Hoquiam, Ocean Shores, and Montesano, WA)
