Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU night shift travel position at an acute-care hospital in Irving, TX, requiring a minimum of 1 year of ICU experience and a TX or compact RN license.

Details

• 100-bed acute-care hospital setting in Irving, TX
• ICU unit placement
• Night shift schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience required
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required (two required if licensed in FL or MO)
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible
• Certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) are accepted
