Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position in Arlington, TX, requiring PeriOp 101 completion with ortho and trauma experience and on-call availability.
Details
- Work setting is a hospital Operating Room with 10 ORs
- Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- On-call is required 4–6 times per month
- Holiday call coverage is required
Requirements
- Active TX RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start)
- PeriOp 101 completion required
- Ortho and trauma OR experience required
- Minimum 1 year of recent OR RN experience required
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- One professional reference required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- 13-week travel contract
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible
- Local candidates are not accepted under any circumstances
