Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring prior cath lab experience, sedation skills, and active WA or compact RN licensure.

Details

• Hospital-based Cardiac Cath Lab setting
• Patient population includes IR (interventional radiology) and cardiac cath cases
• Proficiency with balloon pumps and telemetry monitoring required
• 10-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week
• On-call required: 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month
• Floating may be required to sister facilities
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Active WA or compact RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and Traveler Telemetry Competency Exam
• Minimum 1 year of cath lab experience required
• Demonstrated skills in sedation, balloon pumps, and telemetry
• Additional IR experience preferred
• At least one supervisor-level reference required for consideration (charge nurse, manager, director, or above), with a second required prior to start
