Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Rad Tech for a cardiac catheterization lab, requiring ARRT certification and prior cath lab experience.
Details
- Cardiac catheterization lab setting
- Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- On-call required, including one weekday call per week and one weekend call per month
- Procedures include coronary, structural, CTO, mechanical circulatory support (MCS), and vascular interventions
- Uses Epic for charting
Requirements
- ARRT certification required
- RCIS certification preferred
- Prior cath lab experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficient in sterile technique for room and patient prepping
- Skilled in operating imaging equipment and panning
- Able to monitor patient vital signs during procedures
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include prepping rooms and patients using sterile technique, operating imaging equipment, and monitoring patient vital signs throughout procedures
- Flu vaccination required with no religious or medical exemptions permitted
- Local candidates may be considered under facility radius guidelines
