Description

American Traveler is hiring a night shift RN for a Level 3 trauma center Emergency Department, requiring active AR or compact RN licensure and specialty certifications including TNCC and PALS.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Department of a Level 3 trauma center hospital
• Provide direct patient care for all age groups including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize care and comfort
• Night shift schedule, 3x12s from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment
• Uses EPIC EMR system

Requirements

• Active Arkansas or compact RN license
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience required
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Black scrub color required
• Level 3 trauma center recognized with Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade A and CMS 5-Star Rating
• Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius, though bill rate will be reduced
• Local candidates within 50 miles are restricted to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before requiring a 1-year separation or transfer outside the radius
