Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for an Emergency Department night shift position at a Level 3 Trauma Center in Rogers, AR, requiring active AR or compact licensure and a minimum of 1 year of ED experience.

Details

• Hospital emergency department setting at a Level 3 Trauma Center with 250 patient beds
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3x12-hour shifts per week
• 13-week travel contract
• Epic EMR used in this department
• No floating, call, or weekend requirements specified for this role

Requirements

• Active AR RN license or compact RN license currently in hand — no expiring certifications within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal is documented
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS
• Minimum 1 year of recent emergency department experience
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required (Canadian SINs not accepted)
• No gaps in employment of 90 or more days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Perform direct patient care activities for all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort
• Black scrubs are required
• Up to 5 days of requested time off (RTO) is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but should be aware of local candidate restrictions limiting consecutive contracts at the same facility
