Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position on a 29-bed unit requiring at least 2 years of experience, AHA BLS and ACLS, and an active TX or compact RN license.
Details
- 29-bed Med/Surg unit with a cardiac and telemetry patient population
- Night shift hours: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- 13-week contract
- Charting is performed using Epic
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- Med/Surg and telemetry nursing experience required
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and managing discharge planning
- Navy or maroon scrubs required
