Description
American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with 1-2 years of experience and Epic proficiency for a hospital-based travel contract in Oregon.
Details
- Hospital-based MRI unit
- 2x12-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM
- May float to a nearby sister hospital
Requirements
- ARRT (MRI) or ARMRIT certification required
- Active Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) license required as a licensed MRI practitioner — no pending licenses accepted; license required if applicable
- BLS from the American Heart Association required
- 1-2 years of experience as an RT, RDMS, or CNMT required
- Epic EMR proficiency required — no exceptions
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- Proficiency with state-of-the-art MRI equipment, computer systems, film processors, and related technical devices
- COVID vaccination required — no exemptions
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rates — no radius requirement
- Previous employees of the facility must have been gone for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
- RTO requests are strict and must be submitted upfront; requests cannot be modified after submission and additional requests may result in cancellation
