Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in New Jersey, requiring at least 1 year of experience and ARRT or CCI RCIS certification.
Details
- Cardiac Cath Lab setting handling 10–15 cases per day
- Cases include CAD, PAD, STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiac arrhythmias, and neuro/stroke procedures
- Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Call required every 5th weekend, once or twice per week
- Every 5th weekend shift required
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience required
- Active ARRT or CCI RCIS certification required
- Active BLS and ACLS required
- Active NJ or Compact license required; license required if applicable
- Two current professional references required for consideration
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- Copy of certifications required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
- Former RWJBH staff (full-time or PRN) must have been separated from the RWJBH health system for a minimum of 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
- NJ licensure is described as a quick process, typically completed within 2 weeks of applying, and must be obtained prior to start
