Description
American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for a Rehab position requiring at least 1 year of recent acute care experience in Rehab or Med/Surg and an active CO or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in the inpatient Rehab unit of a 42-bed facility
- Day shift staffing typically includes a charge nurse, 3-5 RNs, and 2-4 PCTs
- Night shift staffing typically includes a charge nurse, 3-5 RNs, and 2 PCTs
- Patient ratio of 6:1
- Uses Meditech EMR
- Overnight shift scheduled from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Floating required between the two Spalding campuses
- 13-week assignment
Requirements
- Active RN license (CO or compact) currently in hand
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience as a Rehab or Med/Surg RN required
- Prior experience with rehab patient population preferred
- IV and blood draw skills preferred
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
- One professional reference required
Additional Information
- Provide direct nursing care to rehab patients including wound care and patient transfers
- Join a team of experienced and new grad nurses with consistent tech support
- Flexible scheduling available with an engaged, team-oriented staff culture
