Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a 12-week cardiac cath lab assignment requiring ARRT certification and an active Illinois license.
Details
- Hospital-based cardiac cath lab setting
- 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 30-minute meal break
- Weekend coverage is required
- Weekday call required 1-2 days per week; weekend call required every 3-4 weekends
- May be required to float to a different unit or facility at the manager's request
Requirements
- ARRT certification required
- ACLS and BLS (both must be AHA) required
- Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety (IDNS) certification required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiography required
- Active Illinois license required (no emergency or pending licensure accepted)
- Minimum of 1 year of hospital Medical Imaging experience preferred
- Interventional Cardiovascular (CVT) or RCIS certification preferred
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Two professional references required, including at least one from a supervisor, manager, or charge RN within the last year
- All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of initial consideration and cannot be added afterward
- Vaccination status must be provided
- Candidates living within 75 miles of the facility are accepted but may be subject to a local pay rate
- Local candidates are accepted
