Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Long-Term Care (LTC) travel position in Spartanburg, SC, requiring at least 1 year of LTC experience and comfort with high patient ratios.

Details

Long-term care (LTC) facility setting
Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekends required on an as-needed basis
Patient ratio of 1:22–44; candidates must be comfortable with high patient ratios
Epic EMR experience preferred but not required
13-week contract

Requirements

Active SC or Compact RN license required (pending license considered, but must be obtained prior to start)
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of LTC experience required; 2 years preferred
Must be comfortable managing a high patient ratio of up to 1:44
Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply
All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront; RTO requested after initial submission will not be considered
A Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test is administered on the first day of orientation and must be passed on the first attempt
The facility maintains an attendance policy for travelers — missing more than two shifts per contract without a reasonable explanation may result in contract review for cancellation
Two professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years are required for consideration
Block scheduling is not available for this position
Local candidates (within 75 miles of the facility) are not eligible for this position

My phone showed her number as spam and I think blocked some of the texts I wish it hadn't have done that but that was nothing on her end all on mine so make sure that you have your settings to allow the calls and texts from spam
