Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Ohio, requiring at least 2 years of L&D experience and Epic proficiency on a night shift schedule.

Details

• Work setting is a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Floating to other units may be required
• Epic EMR experience is required

Requirements

• Active OH or Compact RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP
• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience required
• IV start skills required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• 2 professional references required: at least 1 must be from a Manager, Director, or formal leadership role (e.g., Supervisor); a Charge RN is acceptable as the second reference — no coworker references accepted

• Local candidates are accepted
• Former employees of this facility are eligible to apply after a minimum 6-month separation
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of consideration and may not exceed 7 days for the contract period
• Ohio state fingerprinting is required and must be initiated promptly after accepting the position — candidates outside Ohio may need to travel to an in-state fingerprinting location or complete a mailed packet upon receipt
