Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Home Health position in Rhinelander, WI, requiring HCHB and OASIS experience with a Monday–Friday day schedule and no call or weekend requirements.

Home health setting serving the Rhinelander, WI territory
Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
No on-call, no weekend, and no overtime requirements
Uses HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR — experience required
OASIS documentation required

Requirements

Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
Minimum 12 months of home health nursing experience within the past 3 years
HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) experience required
OASIS competency required
2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years
Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained

Additional Information

All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
13-week contract assignment
