Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position in Key West, FL, requiring at least 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience and active FL or compact RN licensure.
Details
- Med/Surg unit (floor) in a hospital setting in Key West, FL
- Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 8-week contract duration
- Position is for a travel RN role
Requirements
- Active FL RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS — none may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg unit experience required
- AHCA background check required for FL placements
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position
Additional Information
- Candidates must have housing secured within 50 miles of the facility prior to acceptance, with a confirmed address provided at that time
- Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
- RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
