Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position in the Modesto area, working with a primarily geriatric population on a Mon-Fri day schedule.
Details
- Home health setting serving a primarily geriatric patient population
- Monday through Friday schedule with occasional flexibility
- Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Daily point expectation of 7-8 points
- Charting performed using Perfect Notepad EMR
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- Current PT license required if applicable
- 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
Additional Information
- Training provided on Perfect Notepad charting system
- Manager is highly supportive and committed to onboarding and training travelers
- All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront
- Phone interview required
