Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Level III NICU position in Billings, MT, requiring at least one year of NICU experience and active MT or compact RN licensure.

Details

• Level III NICU in a regional hospital setting
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week (36 hours/week)
• Charting performed in Epic
• Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
• On-call during regularly scheduled shifts may be required

Requirements

• Active MT or compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum 1 year of NICU experience required
• ASN required; BSN preferred
• Certifications required: BLS (AHA), NRP, and ACLS — all must be AHA-issued and must not expire prior to assignment start
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for neonatal patients in a Level III NICU
• Performs health teaching, counseling, and monitors therapy and treatment plans
• Executes delegated medical functions and refers patients for further evaluation as needed
• Documents care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Former permanent Intermountain employees must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
