Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with at least 1 year of experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab procedures, with first-time travelers welcome to apply.
Details
- Acute care hospital cardiac catheterization lab setting
- Procedures include diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath, ASD closures, cardiac stent placement, adult diagnostic catheterization, and dysrhythmia interpretation
- Equipment includes Philips and Siemens systems, PACS, and fluoroscopy
- Day shifts with varying start times: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (call shift); 1–2 late shifts per week possible
- 5x8-hour day shift schedule
- Weekday call required 1 day per week, Monday through Thursday
- Weekend call required every 4th to 5th weekend, Friday 5:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of cath lab experience required
- ARRT (R) or CCI RCIS certification required
- State license required if applicable
- Proficiency with diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath procedures, ASD closures, cardiac stent placement, and dysrhythmia interpretation
- Experience with Philips and Siemens imaging equipment, PACS, and fluoroscopy required
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

- Candidates must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
