Description

American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Cath Lab position in New Jersey, requiring at least 1 year of Cath Lab experience and an active NJ or Compact RN license.

Details

Cath Lab unit within a hospital setting
Patients presenting with CAD, PAD, STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiac arrhythmias, and neuro/stroke cases
Expected caseload of 10–15 cases per day
Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
On-call required every 5th weekend, once or twice per week
Every 5th weekend shift rotation required
Charting via Epic (experience preferred)

Requirements

Active NJ or Compact RN license required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab RN experience required
SSN and DOB required for consideration
Two current professional references required
Copies of certifications required for consideration

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Local candidates are accepted
Former RWJBH staff (full-time or PRN) must have been separated from the RWJBH health system for a minimum of 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
